BLACKBOARD SESSIONS
First Sunday of the month
On the first Sunday of every month at 5:00pm we have a blackboard (open mic) concert at the Forta Leza Restaurant,
just south of Katikati at 2656 Main Highway, Aongatete.
Entry is free.
There is amplification available, and (depending on how many participants there are) there’s the opportunity to play two or three songs before a small but appreciative audience.
It's a very friendly atmosphere, so come along and try out your new songs, or just listen and maybe have one of the
Forta Leza’s delicious pizzas.
This is a good opportunity to try out new music.

Third Sunday of the month
On the third Sunday of every month at 5:00pm we have an informal jam session at the Forta Leza Restaurant, just south of Katikati at 2656 Main Highway, Aongatete.
Entry is free.
These are very casual, unamplified get-togethers, sitting around a large table and playing music.
Try out some new songs or show off some old favourites.
Anyone who enjoys playing, singing – or just listening – is welcome.
Do come along and join in: it’s a very uncritical and supportive atmosphere.
